Welcome to the Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) Aeries Online Enrollment portal. Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student in school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical records, and language information will be collected. Upon completion, information about the student will be sent to the school.
BEFORE YOU START: Please click here to determine which school your student should attend according to your home address. ALSO, you must have a valid email address to use this system. Please click here to create a free Gmail address before getting started if you do not have an email account.
The enrollment process takes approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may save what you have completed and resume enrollment at a later time. You will also need to upload the following documents during this process:
- Parent or Legal Guardian Verification (photo identification)
- Guardianship/Custody (if applicable)
- Address Verification (two proofs of address - utility bill for gas/electric/water, driver's license or car registration)
- Proof of Child's Age (birth certificate)
- Immunization Record
